Malamute of the Month – Hooch
Say “hello” to Hooch!
We adopted Hooch a few years ago after his original owner passed away unexpectedly. It is obvious that the was loved and well cared for. He’s a gentle giant with a howl that sounds exactly like Chewbacca from Star Wars. :) Hooch likes to be in the house. He loves treats, toys, Melvin, the puppies, and the couch. He’s a cuddly guy, and quite handsome if I do say so.
He went on a few arctic expeditions, but unfortunately he isn’t aging all that gracefully and his joints are giving him some trouble. So, he’s home with me getting the royal treatment, which includes a lot of extra attention, gentle massages, and some moderate exercise. I don’t think he minds retirement one bit! 
We’re glad he’s taking life easy too.
